"I was surprised to find out there was no elevator. Rooms were ok, but are getting tired. Found daddy long legs around the heater. Air conditioning was load and a little confusing to figure out. Breakfast was ok, all the foods, like the eggs, were heared in a bag in a microwave. The. Chopped up and put out for serving. Staff was very nice though and location was very good for EAA"

"The air quality was so bad from the wild fires, Our daughter was really struggling with her asthma and we decided not to stay in that area. I called that morning to see if I could get a refund or at least move the date to a later time. They said no. Apparently breathing in a bunch of smoke isn’t a good enough reason to get a refund."

"We had a great stay, although the room kind of had a funky layout. The staff was incredibly friendly, they even hooked us up with an hdmi cord for the night which was super nice of them. My only complaint is that the sheet material used, especially for the couch pull out bed, was very cheap and felt damp, which it wasn’t wet or anything it just was not comfortable to sleep with. The breakfast nook looked good but we were unable to eat b/c we had to leave early. In conclusion, it was a quality...
